Terms and Conditions for Group Flower Workshop Bookings

Group Size and Pricing
- The workshop fee is $750 for a group of up to 6 people.
- Additional attendees beyond the initial 6 are welcome at $125 per person.
- The $750 fee is payable in a single transaction, regardless of the final number of attendees.

Booking and Payment
- Full payment of $750 is required to secure the booking.
- Payment for additional attendees ($125 each) must be made prior to the workshop date.

Attendance Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to organise and ensure a minimum of 6 attendees.
- No refunds will be issued for individuals who are unable to attend the workshop.

Refund Policy for Additional Attendees
- Refunds will only be provided for cancellations of additional attendees (beyond the initial 6) if notified at least 48 hours before the workshop.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop.

Workshop Changes or Cancellations
- Rambling Rose reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Liability
- Rambling Rose is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal items during the workshop.
